Will the popup slow down my store?+
No. SupaPop loads as a lightweight theme app embed and its script is deferred, so it loads after your storefront renders and never blocks the page. Standalone quiz pages and the post-purchase survey run on their own surfaces, not on your product pages.
Do I need Klaviyo to use SupaPop?+
No. Klaviyo is an optional integration. SupaPop captures and stores every submission on its own, so popups, quizzes, and surveys work standalone. Connect Klaviyo when you want subscribers and answers to flow into your lists and flows automatically, with no Zapier in between.
Will it work with my theme?+
Yes. SupaPop installs as an app embed on Online Store 2.0 themes. You turn it on in your theme editor with one toggle, and it works across your storefront. Full steps are in the theme setup guide.
Is my customer data safe?+
Yes. SupaPop is GDPR-compliant and handles Shopify data-request and redaction webhooks. Access tokens and Klaviyo keys are encrypted at rest, and you can export or delete data at any time.
Can I move my existing Privy or Justuno popups over?+
There is no automated importer yet, so you rebuild in the editor. It is quick: start from a template, swap in your copy and offer, and go live. Most brands rebuild their main popup in a few minutes.
What is free, and what is paid?+

What happens when I uninstall?+
You can uninstall from Shopify at any time and your popups stop showing immediately. There is no contract and no lock-in, and you can export your data before you go.
